Cutting Board Care

  • No Dishwasher! Handwash both sides with warm water and dish soap. Dry with a towel and then prop the board up on its side and let it air dry.

  • Avoid soaking in water to prevent swelling, warping, and cracking.

  • Each cutting board has been sealed with Mineral Oil and waxed with our Board Butter, which we make in-house.

  • Apply Mineral Oil at least once a month, and wipe off excess. This keeps your board from drying out, cracking, and warping.

  • Apply board butter wax bi-weekly for best results. This protects your board from food.

  • Keep your board stored away from extreme heat and moisture.
