Cutting Board Care
No Dishwasher! Handwash both sides with warm water and dish soap. Dry with a towel and then prop the board up on its side and let it air dry.
Avoid soaking in water to prevent swelling, warping, and cracking.
Each cutting board has been sealed with Mineral Oil and waxed with our Board Butter, which we make in-house.
Apply Mineral Oil at least once a month, and wipe off excess. This keeps your board from drying out, cracking, and warping.
Apply board butter wax bi-weekly for best results. This protects your board from food.
Keep your board stored away from extreme heat and moisture.
